Pick up your packages at a parcel locker

Choose a parcel locker as your delivery location when you shop online. Then you can pick up your packages near where you live or travel, at any time of the day or night.

You will receive an SMS when your package is ready for pick-up. The key is in your pocket, with the PostNord Norge app. With the app, you can open door to the parcel locker, as well as track your shipments and change delivery options.

If you don't have time to pick up the package yourself, you can easily share the package with others so that they can pick it up for you. You can easily arrange this yourself in the app.

New! Drop off returns

Now you can also drop off returns directly at the parcel locker as long as you have a valid return label, either from the sender or one you have printed out at home.

The service is initially aimed at returning packages, but it is also possible to drop off at the parcel machine after you have ordered a parcel to be sent with PostNord. You do this by printing the label at home and then selecting “Delivered to parcel machine” on the ordered shipment in the app.

To use the solution, you must have downloaded the latest version of the PostNord Norway app.

How to use the parcel lockers

Check if the online store offers delivery to a parcel locker near where you live or travel.

You will receive a notification via SMS when your package is ready in the parcel locker.

Download the PostNord Norge app. The app will be your key to open the parcel locker.

Use the app to unlock the door and remove your package. Close the door behind you.

What is a parcel locker?

A parcel locker is a self-service solution that will be placed in neighborhoods and central areas throughout Norway. We now have 4,000 parcel machines all over the country. The lockers are placed where people live and travel, in urban and residential areas.

The parcel lockers have hatches in several sizes, which fit different packages. The package is delivered there, and waits for you until you come to pick it up. When you have received an SMS that it has arrived, you can unlock your hatch in the lockers yourself, using Bluetooth and the PostNord Norge app. Most parcel lockers are open 24 hours a day, so you can pick up your package exactly when it suits you.

How can I use a parcel locker?

We currently deliver packages for many of the largest online stores, both in Norway and internationally. When you shop online and have added the items to your shopping cart, you will eventually come to the step where you choose a delivery method. There you will select parcel locker as an option.

Parcel locker will not be available in all online stores because some only allow you to select specific pickup locations or the closest alternatives. We are working to get even more suppliers to offer parcel locker pickup to their customers.
