With PostNord Parcel Locker, the recipient gets an easier, faster and safer delivery of small packages.The PostNord Parcel Locker is delivered safely to customers in our parcel lockers. We have 4,000 parcel lockers around the country where recipients can pick up their parcel at any time, around the clock.

Delivery
The parcels are delivered to the sender's chosen parcel locker. This is mainly located outdoors so the customer can pick up the parcel when it suits best, any time, around the clock. We have 4000 parcel lockers throughout Norway. The recipient will receive a pick-up notification with instructions when the parcel has arrived and ready for pick up. When picking up from a parcel locker, the PostNord Norge app with a unique ID is used to open the locker. Where the parcel locker does not have available capacity, or the parcel is outside the product specifications, the parcel is delivered to the nearest staffed delivery point.
Parcel lockers are not offered for temperature-controlled goods, multi-pieces, delivery with signature, ID cheque or shipments with cash on delivery. Parcels will be returned if it´s not picked up within 7 days. Possibility of extension to 14 days free of charge and additional 7 days for a fee. If not picked up, the parcel will be returned to the specified address.
The shipper is the freight payer and responsible for transmitting correct and necessary shipping information in EDI message.
Notification
PostNord notifies recipients when the parcel is on its way and ready for collection via SMS, e-mail and/or the app. A reminder is also sent out on day 3 if the parcel is not picked up.
Delivery time
PostNord Parcel Locker is delivered to a parcel locker near the recipient according to the timetable. Delivery is made on weekdays. The parcel can be tracked along the way. For exact delivery times, see our timetable or our Customer Portal
Content
Goods sensitive to outdoor temperatures are recommended to be sent to a staffed pick-up point (MyPack Servicepoint). All types of goods except live animals, dangerous goods, refrigerated goods, heating goods and moving goods.
