Active Receipt Status gives your customers details of expected delivery dates.
The Active Receipt Status service allows your customers to receive information about delivery dates and provides recipients with other notifications, such as order numbers or packing slip information.
The service requires senders to disclose the recipient’s e-mail address or cell number in the EDI notification.
