Active EDI status
Active EDI status is a daily e-mail sent to senders on shipment level
Active EDI Status e-mail notifications are sent out overnight and cover shipments dispatched during the previous 24 hours. The Active EDI Status service is automatically generated for customers that make EDI transfers and provides notification of:
- Incomplete EDI info on shipment item/shipments that have been physically recorded at one of PostNord's shipment hubs.
- Use of PO box addresses instead of street addresses in the address field so that sender’s customer database can be corrected.
- Use of an invalid zip code according to the Post Code Register applicable at the time. (The register can be downloaded from www.posten.no)
